December 1: NU Stage Presents: Cabaret
Don’t miss the last performance of NUStage’s Fall Mainstage show, Cabaret! Set in a Berlin nightclub in the 1920’s, Cabaret explores the social change and mindset of Berlin’s natives as Germany slowly yields to the emerging Third Reich. The show will begin at 8pm in Blackman. Tickets are free and are available on myNortheastern!
December 2: SoWa Winter Festival
The SoWa Winter Festival is back for its 4th year! Get your holiday shopping started at Boston’s biggest winter shopping village and holiday festival! Enjoy live holiday music, yummy winter cocktails and food trucks, and finding handmade gifts from over 100 vendors! The festival will be open from 11-5pm and will be held in the SoWa Art + Design District.
December 3: This Moment Matters: A Conversation With Patrisse Cullors and Richie Reseda
Join NU SAID for a conversation and Q&A session with Patrisse Cullors and Richi Resed! Doors will open at 6:30 and the event will begin at 7pm in Blackman. Tickets are free and are available on myNortheastern.
December 4: NU & Improv’d Presents: Oh the Places You’ll GHOST
Have a night of improv and laughs with NU & Improv’d at their last show of the semester! Head to AfterHOURS at 8pm for free to enjoy the show!
December 5: Hanukkah: The Festival of Lights
Celebrate Hanukkah with a night of special events at the MFA! Enjoy a community candle lighting, live music, tours of the MFA’s collection of Judaica, and view a one-of-a-kind menorah created by local artists! The event will be from 4-10pm and admission will be free!
December 6: Mug Painting
Need to de-stress before finals? Head to the Curry Indoor Quad to paint mugs with RSA! This event is free and will be held from 1-3pm.
December 7: ICA First Friday
Join the ICA for a special “How the Grinch Stole Christmas” themed First Friday! Put on your best ugly holiday sweater, dance to music from DJ Knife, take pictures in the Mount Crumpit photo booth and more all night long! This 21+ event will be held from 5-9pm at the ICA. Tickets are $15 and can be purchased here.
