Besides the Circular Leadership framework, LEAD360 has also developed a set of 12 leadership competencies intended to serve as a resource for the entire campus. Supported by a wide range of theoretical approaches to leadership (such as Transformational Leadership, the Social Change Model of Leadership, Relational Leadership, and many more), these 12 competencies are woven into all of our leadership programs and serve as an additional structure for student leadership development at Northeastern.
