LEAD360 is a collection of programs that provide students with the skills and knowledge to succeed as global leaders. Each program serves a unique purpose and will provide you with an interactive, fun-filled experience.

Our Mission: LEAD360 supports all Northeastern students with fun and experiential opportunities to practice circular and identity-based leadership while developing leadership competencies.
LEAD360 offers something for everyone. Whether you are interested in exploring leadership as a first-year student, discussing social justice issues, or building your own leadership skills – we are here to support you! Why should I get involved? Leadership opportunities allow you to:
- Expand your horizons
- Build the skills that will enable you to be successful in your co-ops, student leader positions, and future careers
- Improve your time management skills
- Develop relationships with peers + mentors
- Enhance your ability to work as part of a team

BLUEPRINT is a group mentoring program designed for first-year students who are interested in developing their leadership capacity through 8 weekly interactive sessions. BLUEPRINT students receive two mentors—an upper-class student leader, and a staff member. By joining our program, you’ll make new connections on campus, attend a leadership retreat, and develop an action plan for how you want to leave your legacy at Northeastern! Activity topics include:
- Conflict Resolution

BLUEPRINT sessions are each 75 minutes long. Participants can choose between seminars on Mondays at 3:30pm,
Tuesdays at 3:30pm and 6pm, or Wednesdays at 12pm.

BLUEPRINT 2 is the next step in continual leadership development for BLUEPRINT graduates. This innovative program gives participants the opportunity to plan and execute innovative programming in collaboration with other BLUEPRINT 2 participants. BLUEPRINT 2 empowers students to apply what they learned in BLUEPRINT to real life situations and to craft individualized leadership experiences. Topics include:
- Personal leadership assessment
- Communication skills
- Resume building
- Team building and group dynamics
- Social media
- And more!

VOICES FOR SOCIAL CHANGE
Join us for this engaging, interactive program that brings diverse students together to discuss leadership through the lens of social justice and identity. This 8-week program allows students to reflect on the relationships between identity and leadership within the United States and across the globe. Topics include:
- Intersections of Identity
- Diverse worldviews
- Community activism
- And much more!
During this discussion-based program, we will participate in activities that allow you to explore the similarities and differences shaped by the diversity within our community. We hope that by participating in this program, you will learn how to be an inclusive leader and advocate for positive social change!
Voices for Social Change seminars are 90 minutes long and occur on Tuesdays at 6pm.

Women’s Leadership is designed to empower woman-identified students to further their leadership skills, while critically examining gender-based issues related to the media, leadership, and global experiences. Topics include:

- Women’s Issues around the Globe
- And much more!
This is one of our more advanced programs and therefore it is essential that participants are women who have already completed their first year of college. Participation in Women’s Leadership gives you the opportunity to learn more about yourself, gender-based issues, and learn from women who are leading by example. Make new connections and join this supportive environment that will empower you to make a change in your community!

The Leadership Consultants are an on-campus leadership resource for Northeastern students and organizations. Leadership Consultants offer free leadership workshops on topics ranging from conflict resolution, personality styles, time management, and how to run effective meetings. Leadership Consultants hold office hours in the Programming Lab (CSC240), where they can meet with you and help you strategize ways to push your organization to the next level! These students are available to facilitate sessions during general body meetings, retreats, or special events. If you would like to request a meeting to discuss potential presentations with a Leadership Consultant, please fill out the request form here. All services are free and most presentations can be fit into a one hour period. Please allow two weeks between submission and the date of the program to allow for proper planning and the best possible service. GRADUATE LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE
The Graduate Leadership Institute is our premiere experience designed exclusively for graduate students to network and build community across industries while enhancing their proficiency in the global leadership competencies necessary to catalyze their career advancement. Topics covered include:

- Working Across Personality Differences
- Leadership & Inclusion
- Leadership & Values
- Negotiation & Conflict Management
- How to Facilitate & Empower Others
- LGBT101: Creating a Safe Space
These 90-minute workshops occur on Thursdays from 12-1:30pm. Registration is open at the beginning of every semester. This program is co-sponsored by LEAD360 and the Graduate Student Government.
