How to Create a New Student Organization

The Center for Student Involvement (CSI) is accepting proposals for new student organizations through February 14, 2020. Please follow the link below to the Spring 2020 application. Once your application has been submitted, a CSI staff member will review your proposal and follow up to provide information about next steps in the recognition process by email.

The recognition process for undergraduate organizations is one year and one semester for graduate organizations. Spring 2020 undergraduate applicants can expect to receive full recognition for their organization by the Spring 2021 semester. Spring 2020 graduate applicants can expect to receive full recognition for their organization by the Fall 2020 semester.
