February 17th: NU Stage Presents: Acceptance
Join NU Stage Musical Theater Company as they present their February Cabaret: Acceptance! From 7-9pm in AfterHours enjoy members of NUStage sing songs about embracing insecurities and accepting yourself for who you are. The event is free but donations will be accepted via cash or Venmo to towards The Trevor Project.
February 18th: Sustainability and Succulents
Brighten up your dorm with a succulent! From 1-3pm you can pot your own succulents and learn about SGA’s Recyclemania initiative going on all throughout February and March!
February 19th: Free Entry to the ICAAlways wanted to go to the ICA? Now is your chance! Spend your day off exploring the museum for FREE – and be sure to check out their latest exhibit Art in the Age of the Internet, 1989 to Today.
February 20th: Marketplace Movie Night Moana
Head to Faneuil Hall for a screening of the Disney hit, Moana! The movie is free and will begin screening at 6:30pm!
February 21st: Break The SilenceAfterHours is bringing back their Break the Silence event, giving students a chance to talk about their experiences with mental health/illness. Students can talk about their experiences through a story, a poem, or in any other manner from 7:00-8:30pm. Please contact AfterHours if you would like to participate, and remember that this event is a safe space.
February 22nd: The Big Sick Screening
Didn’t get to see The Big Sick in theaters? Now’s your chance to see the Oscar Nominated Film for free in AfterHours! Doors to the show open at 7pm.
February 23rd: Trident Booksellers & Cafe Trivia Night
Are you a trivia master? Grab some friends and form a team of no more than 6 to participate in a trivia night at Trident Booksellers and Cafe! First place winners will receive a $35 gift card to Trident!
