“Grounded” Yoga

April 1 @ 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

"Grounded" is a self-care series for students impacted by sexual violence.  Join us for a trauma-informed yoga class focused on relaxation and strategies to help you fall and stay asleep.  Yoga mats will be provided.  Please wear comfortable, loose clothing.  Dress in layers for warmth during final resting pose.
