October 26th: The Lawn on D Pumpkin Palooza

The Lawn on D’s Pumpkin Palooza is back! From 12-10pm, enjoy pumpkin carving stations, live music, food and drinks and more! 

October 27th: Sowa Spooktacular

Head to the South End for the final SoWa Open Market of the season, and SoWa’s annual Halloween bash! On top of all the vendors and food trucks typically at the market, you can enjoy live music, a Halloweend costume contest, and pumpkin and face painting! The event is free and will run from 10am-4pm. 

October 28th: SGA Block PARTy

SGA’s annual block pARTy is returning for another year! Spend the evening celebrating on campus arts with workshops, performances, and free food! The event will run from 5-9pm and will be held in the Curry Student Center, AfterHours, and the Library Quad. 

October 29th: LMA Open Mic Night

Always wanted to perform in Afterhours? Now is your chance! The LMA is hosting an Open Mic Night at 6:30 that is open to all performers! Sign up to participate here.  

October 30th: Break The Silence 

Active Minds is bringing their Break The Silence event back to Afterhours again from 7:30-9:00pm. This is a story sharing event for people to talk about their experiences with mental health and/or mental illness and is a safe space. If you want to participate, please reach out to Active Minds. 

October 31st: MFA Film: Midsommar (The Director’s Cut)

Spend Halloween night at the MFA watching the director’s cut of Ari Aster’s Scandinavian horror sensation, Midsommar! The showing will start at 8pm and tickets can be purchased here

November 1st: ICA First Friday: Smoke and Mirrors 

Keep on your Halloween costumes and head over to the ICA for their First Friday event! Enjoy drinks, live music, and of course, the museum’s collection of contemporary art from 5-9:30pm! Tickets to this 21+ event can be purchased here.
