Join Active Minds for a discussion about how the pandemic has impacted our mental health at this Zoom link

March 23rd: 

3:30-5:00 pm Art Therapy 

Head to the tents behind Willis Hall for an art therapy workshop facilitated by UHCS therapist Laura Huebner, co-presented by NU SHARE. To register, click here

March 24th: 

11:00am-1:00pm Sexual Health Pop Up

Stop by Curry Crossroads to learn more about responsible sexual health from the Office of Prevention and Education at Northeastern (OPEN), Sexual Assault Response Coalition (SARC), UHCS, NU SHARE, NU Mutual Aid, and the Department of Residence Life.

12:00-3:00pm Smash Rage Room 

Get your tension out by breaking plates at the Smash Rage Room on Centennial Common! Plates and face shields will be provided. 

1:00pm UHCS Mental Health Resources Drop In

Head to West Village C to learn about the mental health resources that UHCS has to offer to students. 

2:00-2:30pm Mindfulness with Dr. Dudley 

Tune into a Zoom discussion with Laura Dudley, clinical professor of applied psychology, to debrief experiences of Zoom fatigue and learn helpful ways to ground yourself in the pandemic. This event is hosted by Bouvé College of Health Sciences and you can find the Zoom link by heading to their Facebook page. 

7:00-8:00pm Coloring and Conversation

Jump on a Zoom call with SARC to color and talk about mental health and sexual safety. 

March 25th:

11:00am-1:00pm Relaxation Station

Chill out by stopping by the Relaxation Station sponsored by Sports Performance outside the Cabot Testing Center. 

2:00-3:00pm NU Mutual Aid Food Pantry

NU Mutual Aid will host a campus food pantry on Centennial Common for those experiencing food insecurity.

7:00pm Intuitive Eating on Campus and Beyond

Join NU Dining and UHCS nutritionist Christine Clark on an Instagram Live to learn about “Intuitive Eating on Campus and Beyond.” 

March 27th:

12:00-2:00pm Volunteering at Fair Foods

Stop by 52 Ellery St to meet up with students from NU Mutual Aid to volunteer at Fair Foods, which supplies food for NU Mutual Aid’s food pantries. To register, click here.
