July 27th: Wizard of Oz Screening

There’s no place like home, but if you do want to get out of the house, you can head to the Boston Harbor Hotel for a screening of the Wizard of Oz! The outdoor screening is free and will begin at dusk.

July 27th-29th: Puerto Rican Festival of Massachusetts

The Puerto Rican Festival of Massachusetts is back for its 51st year! All weekend long City Hall Plaza will be home to live performances by local and international artists, Puerto Rican foods, cultural arts and crafts for sale, and more. The weekend will culminate in a parade celebrating Puerto Rican culture from 12-3pm on Sunday!

July 28th-29th: Wizarding Weekend at the Boston Children’s Museum

Calling all witches and wizards – come celebrate Harry Potter’s birthday this weekend at the Boston Children’s Museum! Activities include wand making, quidditch practice, a screening of Harry Potter: A History of Magic Documentary, and more! The event will be held from 11am-4pm on Saturday and Sunday.

July 28th – 29th: FIGMENT

FIGMENT Boston is returning to the Greenway this weekend once again! Enjoy viewing public art installations, dance performances, and a special After Dark Dance Party on Saturday! The installation will begin at Dewey Square and extend north through the Greenway and will be open from 11am-11pm on Saturday and 12pm-6pm on Sunday.
