ICA First Fridays Hot Hot Hot: June 1st


Head to the Institute of Contemporary Art for their First Friday event previewing Boston Caribbean Fashion Week! From 5pm to 10pm enjoy designs by Claude Michelle, a signature cocktail, and Caribbean costumes parade groups. There will also be a dance party featuring DJ Mikey D and a Soca dance class! Tickets will be $15 in advance for this 21+ event and can be purchased here.

Pride Day at Faneuil Hall: June 3rd

Celebrate the start of Pride Month at Faneuil Hall enjoying a day of fun activities! Learn salsa, participate in zumba, watch drag performances, listen to a number of local artists and enjoy all of the entertainment this Pride Day has to offer. The event will be from 10am-5pm and is completely free!

Cambridge Arts River Festival: June 3rd

From 11am-6pm head over to Lechmere Canal Park and DCR’s Charles River Reservation Park along Cambridge Parkway for the Cambridge Arts River Festival! Be a part of a celebration of the arts featuring music, dance, theater performances, and interactive art activities. More than 150 food vendors and artists selling their work will be at this free event, so don’t miss it!

Beacon Hill Art Walk: June 4th

Since the 90s, the Beacon Hill Art Walk has provided a venue for artists to sell their work in the private gardens, alleyways, and courtyards of local residents. Over 100 artists will be at the event selling art in a variety of styles and media. Visitors can enjoy the picturesque, art filled walk and the background sounds of live classical, folk, and klezmer music! Starting points of the walk will be 135 ½ Charles Street and the corner of Cambridge Street and West Cedar Street and it will last from noon to 6pm!
