The Disability Resource Center’s (DRC) purpose is to ensure that those students with disabilities have equal access to the educational experience at Northeastern University. The DRC provides students with appropriate services and advocacy, while promoting student independence and self-determination.

Graduate Ombuds Office

Northeastern University’s Ombuds for Graduate Students offers confidential, impartial, and informal assistance to graduate students who have concerns related to their university experience.

Office of Global Services

The Office of Global Services (OGS) is an active resource to over 20,000 international students and scholars from 147 different nations across the world. We provide the professional expertise and support you need to maintain compliance through immigration, academic, and your employment experiences—helping you remain a valuable member of the Northeastern community.

Learning Disabilities Program

The Learning Disabilities Program (LDP) provides personalized and professional academic support services to undergraduate students with learning disabilities and ADHD. The LDP is a fee-based program that offers admission to a limited number of students each term.

Office for University Equity & Compliance

The Office for University Equity and Compliance (OUEC) is responsible for leading efforts to maintain the University’s compliance with federal and state laws related to discrimination or harassment based on a protected category. We offer the Northeastern community a place to discuss and report issues and concerns regarding discrimination and harassment and provide multiple pathways towards a resolution, including investigations through a formal resolution process.

Office of Student Conduct & Conflict Resolution

The Office of Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution is committed to cultivating and instilling the values of civility and good citizenship to all community members through the promotion of positive decision-making both inside and outside of the classroom.

Veterans Services

The Dolce Center for the Advancement of Veterans and Servicemembers (CAVS) is a resource hub for those with a past/present U.S. Military affiliation. CAVS assists with VA education benefits, community engagement, career preparation, professional networking, and a variety of student life support services.

We Care

We Care assists students who are experiencing unexpected challenges to maintain their academic progress. The staff works with students to coordinate among university offices, to offer appropriate referrals, and to help develop viable options to support their continued success at the university. We Care also provides guidance to faculty and staff in identifying Northeastern resources and policies to help students succeed.
